New Constitution Ratifed

 Thank you to all members who voted for the new constitution.  The new constitution is compliant with the Victorian Model Rules for Incorporated Associations.

The benefits of an being an incorporated association allows BDSJC to:

• continue regardless of changes to membership

• accept gifts, bequests and grants

• buy and sell property

• enter into enforceable contracts

• sue or be sued

• invest and borrow money
