 The BDSJC is an incorporated association.  The benefits of being an incorporated association allows BDSJC to:

• continue regardless of changes to membership

• accept gifts, bequests and grants

• buy and sell property

• enter into enforceable contracts

• sue or be sued

• invest and borrow money
